At Melba, our highly trained disability support workers receive specialised training from our expert Human Rights Practice Innovation team to meet specific health and disability needs. This ensures they deliver personalised, high-quality care, empowering individuals with the support they deserve. The staffing group at this home are currently trained in the following, however, additional training can be provided depending on the support needs of the individual.
