The two current residents are both females aged in their 60’s and communicate using a combination of verbal and non-verbal methods. They attend day services throughout the week, and the other enjoys a range of 1 to 1 social and community activities. Interests of the residents include going for coffees and cakes, being outside in nature and the beach, swimming, gaming, helping to keep the home clean and tidy. The preference of the current residents is that their new housemate shares a similar lifestyle, is social, considerate, calm in nature.
