The home includes two living areas, along with a combined kitchen and dining space. There is also an office/OOA room with two access points – one opening to the kitchen and the other to the lounge. Bedroom 5 is the vacant room.

There are four men aged between 49-68 living here with a preference for a quiet, calm living environment. Three redisdents attend day services.
