Enquire nowThrough regular community-based activities, social gatherings and participation in local events, Community Connections supports people to actively engage with their chosen communities. Our programs are designed not just to entertain but to help people develop a strong sense of purpose and belonging.
We encourage building relationships, enhancing social skills and fostering a supportive network where everyone feels valued and included. We provide a range of support levels from 1:1 up to1:4 for most programs.
Community Connections is a place where people can thrive, develop confidence and build lasting connections within their community, contributing to a rich and fulfilling life.

Melba Support Services acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises First Peoples’ continuing connection to lands, waters, and community. We pay our respects to Elders past and present who carry the memories, traditions, cultures, and aspirations of First Peoples, and who forge the path ahead for future leaders.
