A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Nicole serves on Boards and Advisory Panels and provides interim executive services for companies that align with her passion for the Health, Social Services and Education sectors.
Most recently, Nicole was the Interim Chief Financial Officer for The Australian Ballet, where she championed inclusion and financial literacy. Her career includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for the National Disability Insurance Agency and holding senior executive roles at ANZ Banking Group, where she led large global teams across the Institutional, Australia, Europe and America divisions during times of significant uncertainty.
A Financial Markets and Treasury specialist, Nicole is known for her ability to develop people and strengthen the leadership diversity of the businesses she supports, guiding strategy to enable sustainable operations, with a “make it better” approach.
