It can be difficult understanding the NDIS and accessing the right support services. This is where Melba can help. As a registered NDIS provider, we can explain clearly the ins and outs of receiving NDIS supports and assist you in accessing those supports.

WHAT IS the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme, (the NDIS), is a way of supporting people with disabilities in Australia. Before the NDIS, organisations received block funding and delivered pre-determined services. Now, people receive their own funding and purchase the supports that they want to receive. As an NDIS provider Victoria, Melba is proud to have advocated for the introduction of the NDIS in 2013. We are excited about the opportunities people have under the scheme.

• Supported Independent Living
• Accessing the community
