Breaking Ground thrives on thoughtfully crafted activities that cater to individual interests and needs. We dance and sing together and engage in games that spark laughter and connection. When we feel safe, supported and surrounded by friends, there are no limits to what we can achieve.

Every session flows from connection → creativity → choice → wind‑down, with flexibility to follow the group’s energy and wellbeing on the day.
