Individualised Support Arrangements
Every person is different, with different dreams and interests. We provide people with one-to-one support to do whatever it is they want to do.
Whether that’s learning a new skill, cooking at home or busking in the street, our services are flexible and tailored to individual needs.
This support can include:
- developing and maintaining skills to become more independent – such as shopping, budgeting, cooking, household tasks, paying bills, using public transport, or problem solving
- studying or looking for employment opportunities
- personal care needs, such as bathing or dressing
- going out in the community, going to the local gym, banks, shops or going to the footy
- maintaining and developing friendships and social networks in the local community
- going to appointments with doctors, dentists, or community health services.
