Mark has over 30 years of commercial experience working across a broad spectrum of industries, most recently in Health. His experience spans the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business(Accounting), is a CPA, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance (AGIA-ACG). Mark has led many corporate teams over his career including Finance, Business Transformation, HR, IT and Company Secretariat. Mark is a current member of the Governance Institute Victorian Council and is a current serving director and Audit Chair of Gowrie Victoria. Mark also served as a Director of Crime Stoppers Victoria for nine years, fulfilling a number of roles, including a stint as Board Chair until his compulsory retirement.
