Kristy is a strategic leader and trusted advisor with extensive experience guiding organisations through transformation, growth and sustainability. Kristy has documented success in strategy development, organisational sustainability, customer acquisition, and delivering meaningful data insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Previously through her own practice, Kristy provided advice predominantly in the for-purpose sector on strategy, growth, and commercial effectiveness. Her 16-year tenure at Grant Thornton included five years as a Partner, leading Executive teams and Boards through complex transformations across strategy, commercial and operating model structures. Kristy has also held roles at Telstra, focusing on retail customers, digital, and technology.
Kristy enables growth in mid to large organisations with a focus on guiding strategic refocus, new market entry, mergers, or activities linked to sustainability. She is valued for her honesty, commercial acumen, and exceptional facilitation skills, and is regularly engaged to lead board and executive workshops and large stakeholder consultations. With deep experience across consumer products, telecommunications, education, and not for profit sectors, Kristy brings a unique understanding of the disability sector’s challenges from customer experience, acquisition, operating model, and broader sustainability perspectives.
