Farewell and gratitude to Andrew Cairns, Chair of the Board

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of Andrew Cairns, Chair of our Board, who will be stepping down from his position due to an overseas relocation.
Throughout his tenure, and his leadership, Andrew has fully embodied Melba’s values and vision. Although his time as Chair was brief, Andrew has had a lasting and positive impact on our work and the Melba community.
The Board will ensure a seamless transition of leadership, maintaining our commitment to excellence and service. We thank Andrew for his commitment to Melba and wish him and his family the best for the relocation and the future.
