what is the able bake house?

The Able Bake House's signature range of biscuits and slices are available

freshly baked to order in:

Take-home packs.
Glass jars for point of sale available to cafes.
A variety of catering options.

The Able Bake House is a enterprise producing a unique and delicious range of biscuits and slices, seasonal gift hampers and preserves made from fresh local produce. Products are produced in Melba's all abilities registered kitchen and can be delivered locally or picked up from Melba Lilydale.

Each product made creates opportunities for the people we support to showcase their unique skillsets.

For example, an infused oil’s journey starts with a seed grown and cared for by individuals in a community garden, its then harvested and skillfully prepared in one of the Bake House's weekly workshops, to be included in our range of hampers.
