The house has two shared living areas, one large shared bathroom with bath, and plans for another bathroom as soon as practical. The kitchen and dining areas open out to a pergola and backyard outdoor area with a BBQ. The house has no pets, however would be considered with the consent of other residents.

The room is located at the front of the house, adjacent to the dining room. It features a large window which overlooks the side garden at the front of the home. The room has built in wardrobes. There is air-conditioning and heating.

The current residents in the home are male and female. They range in age from their 40s to 50s. The current residents are friendly, enjoy structured routines and contribute towards the running of the house. The residents also work or attend day program and community based activities, Monday to Friday.

The Horsham Racecourse Reserve, Federation University and the Horsham Plaza are all in close proximity, providing opportunities for recreation, dining, learning and retail shopping.
