The NDIA will contact them beforehand and explain the funding available in the new plan. The pathway applies where the remaining funding is not enough to maintain required 24-hour supports.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In one example, Daniel has a two-hour daily support gap after the reset.
