BCX8\">there\u2019s<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW125750103 BCX8\">&nbsp;been no meaningful involvement and participation of people with disability in the design of the proposed market failures. It is important that government, people with disability, families and the disability sector continue to work together to ensure reforms are practical, evidence-based and achieve their intended outcomes.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Where further consultation is required, the\u00a0time should be taken to get these reforms right. A collaborative and considered approach\u00a0will help build confidence in the changes and support a strong, sustainable and participant-focused
