Raised in a foster family, she&#8217;s seen the real impact of trauma, domestic violence, disability, and disadvantage\u2014and spent her career working to fix the systems that fail people.<\/p>\n<p>From direct service and advocacy to policy, strategy, and operational leadership, she&#8217;s worked across sectors supporting people and families facing complex challenges. She leads with humanity, expertise, and a relentless focus on human rights.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lexi Clarke<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lexi has been a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with Melba for more than six years and has spent 28 years in the disability sector as an applied behaviour analysis therapist, support worker, and manager across day services and supported independent living programs.<\/p>\n<p>With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Disability Studies, she blends expertise with empathy\u2014working closely with individuals, families, and support teams to understand what&#8217;s not working, why behaviours emerge, and what needs to change.
