For over 50 years Melba Support Services has been providing services that support people with disability to dream big, embrace life and do what they choose and value.<\/p>\n

We open up a world of opportunities for people to live life \u2013 proudly, joyously, creatively, adventurously \u2013 however they want.<\/p>\n

Everyone should be able to follow their own dreams and interests. Whether that\u2019s learning a new skill, cooking at home, busking in the street, or living where you want, how you want.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

‘The Melba Way\u2019 is how we go about doing this. Everyone at Melba is guided by The Melba Way \u2013 it\u2019s how we do things, it combines our values, practice framework and The Melba Way Charter.<\/p>\n

Each person is individual and unique. The Melba Way honours and sustains this uniqueness by creating, maintaining and refining an individualised service, minute by minute, hour by hour and day by day.<\/p>\n
