Support Coordination is a service that helps you set up your NDIS Plan, access all the right supports, and navigate the NDIS. To use Support Coordination, you must have specific funding for it in your NDIS Plan.

Our Support Coordinators will work with you and your network or help you develop a strong network of support, so you can achieve your NDIS Plan goals.

Support Coordinators give you the information you need to make informed choices based on their industry knowledge and expertise, so you can choose the right supports for you at any stage - even when life changes.

They are also able to work with you to build your own knowledge and confidence over time to coordinate your own supports, if you’d like to do that in the future.
